What is included in the price?
Our prices include vehicle rental, insurance, and a guarantee of a well-maintained vehicle.
Are there any other costs to expect?
Yes, a security deposit of 500 € is required (700 € if you are under 25 years old). This will be refunded if the vehicle is undamaged.
There is also a 10 € fee for cleaning at the end of your rental period.
Are there any other additional services?
Yes, we offer other services, but they are not mandatory. For example, we can provide you with suitable car seats for transporting your children, arrange a transfer from the airport to your place of residence, or deliver the vehicle directly to the airport or your residence.
What type of child seats do you have available? And what is the rental price?
We have 3 categories of child car seats protecting children from birth until they reach 1.35m.
Price starts at 10 €.
Am I required to use a car seat for my child?
Yes, the use of a child seat is mandatory in Spain for children under 1.35m tall. However, you are not required to use ours if you have your own.
Can you help me get to the office?
Yes, we can arrange a transfer from your arrival at the airport or from your accommodation. The same applies for the return journey at the end of your rental.
Am I required to come to the office?
No, we can deliver/collect the vehicle either at the airport or at the address of your choice.
What is the price for a lift from/to the airport?
The price varies depending on several factors, but it starts at €30 per trip.
What is the price for a lift from/to my residence?
The price varies depending on several factors, but it starts at €10 per trip.
What is the price for delivery/collection at the airport?
The price varies depending on several factors, but it starts at €70 per service.
